2026 Idaho Narcotics Officers’ Association Conference

The Idaho Narcotics Officers’ Association (INOA) is proud to announce what promises to be one of the most dynamic and informative conferences in our organization’s history. The 2026 INOA Conference will bring together narcotics officers, investigators, prosecutors, analysts, and public safety professionals from across the region for cutting-edge training, meaningful networking, and unmatched camaraderie.

This year’s conference will feature an extraordinary lineup of speakers offering firsthand insight into Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs), cartel operations, emerging drug trends, and the evolving challenges facing law enforcement today.

Featured Presenters

We are honored to welcome George Christie, former president of the Hells Angels, who will provide a rare insider’s perspective on OMG structure, culture, operations, and law enforcement interaction. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly during a dedicated Q&A session.

Additionally, a former Director of the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will share extensive experience and investigative strategies related to OMG cases, including intelligence development, case coordination, and multi-agency task force operations.

We will also feature subject matter experts addressing DEA operations and cartel activity, including:

•      Current cartel structures and operational trends
•      New and emerging drug threats
•      Cross-border trafficking patterns — what is coming across our borders and what is being pushed back
•      Intelligence updates critical to ongoing narcotics investigations
