This leadership course equips law enforcement professionals with strategies to build a healthy departmental culture that fosters trust, unity of command, and long-term success. Participants will explore the top traits of effective leaders, identify momentum makers and breakers, and learn how to strengthen communication, trust, and morale within their organizations. The course also covers transformational vs. transactional leadership, avoiding toxic practices, and practical methods to drive buy-in for change initiatives—providing a clear path to stronger, more effective leadership.
