Description:

Sheriff (Ret) Paul D. Laney and Director Mary Phillippi are accomplished trainers with over 50 years of combined leadership experience.  They have refined this training experience into a unique approach to leadership development using interactive discussion, real world examples, and scenario-based practical applications to teach leadership.

During this training they will delve into leadership basics such as leadership styles, communications, accountability, and conflict resolution.  Their Drive the Road Leadership Philosophy empowers leaders to set the vision and goals and keep their people on the road and out of the ditches.
