This course is designed to educate mid management to executive leaders within the law enforcement community. It is a time intensive course that is built to have a hybrid option as well as in person classroom instruction. It covers topics such as Servant Leadership, Administrative Leadership, Employment Law and Human Resource policy, leadership during Crisis Management, Implicit Bias, Crowd Dynamics and Civil Unrest, Political Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Communication Strategies for Leaders, Critical Issues in your community, Community Engagement in the 21st Century, Mental Health and Wellness, Integrity and the Ethical use of Power.
