Description:
The team leader course is designed to teach you everything you need to know to effectively lead officers in all SWAT oriented operations. The course is also a good overview for Commanders with little to no experience as a primer or update. We cover everything from setting standards, selection & training of personnel, & combat leadership and mindset.
The class will teach you how to plan, coordinate and lead on a variety of missions. We use numerous table top exercises to drive the lessons learned home for warrant service, barricaded subjects and hostage incidents. This class is appropriate for any officer or supervisor who is in a position to lead officers during high-risk operations.
