Description: Defensive Tactics ARCON Instructor Refresher

P.O.S.T. approved Defensive Tactics Instructor Refresher Course using the ARCON 2021 curriculum update. During this course Instructors will:

Review basic principles of ARCON
Receive training on liability and relevant legal updates
Add supplemental defensive tactics techniques to their instructor toolbox

Students accepted to attend this class must meet the following REQUIREMENTS prior to registration:

POST Defensive Tactics (ARCON) Instructor Endorsement

CLASS ATTIRE

Loose fitting tactical pants
GI pants
Short sleeve T-Shirt
Long Sleeve T-Shirt
(rash guard type also recommended)
Appropriate foot wear for use on wrestling mats

Dates: September 21-22, 2023

Time: 0800 – 1700

Credits: 16 hrs
