This comprehensive course is designed to teach students to use Trapdoor Tactics ™ while employing the ‘Why Here, \Why Now?’ ™ Risk assessment model during the apprehension of violent offenders. The program emphasizes the application of speed, precision, and enhanced decision-making while reducing the operational footprint in a dynamic environment. Bishop One’s T.A.P course challenges the default mindset of structure-based operations. Instead of confronting suspects in an environment where they have unknown advantages, we flip the script – drawing them into a controlled environment that we create, manipulate, and initiate action at our choosing.

Trapdoor Tactics ™ emerged from years of observing how offenders exploit law enforcement predictability. This approach merges vehicle containment, open-area apprehensions, diversion, and environmental manipulation into a fluid, asymmetrical strategy built for speed, control, and decisive disruption during the apprehension of violent offenders.
