Description:

To protect people from violence and to do so within the law. Understanding the concept of de-escalation. Officers responding with reasonable force to protect themselves and others. Understanding timing and proximity. Why cover is fallible. Kyle Sumpter is an active 34 year veteran
officer. An expert witness that provides consulting services for patrol operations, arrest procedures, SWAT deployment, responding with force, training, and police weapons.
