Description:

The advance Drive the Road Leadership course expands upon the basics from the Drive the Road Leadership course. Attendees will leave this class with a strengthened sense of identity on their leadership journey. They will gain understanding about the most common HR pitfalls that lead to legal issues. They will learn how to effectively coach and delegate to empower their team. Attendees will learn strategies to make evaluations more effective. Hands on scenarios will teach attendees how to write, administer and deliver Performance Improvement Plans.

Sheriff (Ret) Paul D. Laney and Director Mary Phillippi are accomplished trainers with over 50 years of combined leadership experience.  They have refined this training experience into a unique approach to leadership development using interactive discussion, real world examples, and scenario-based practical applications to teach leadership.
