This course gives officers a deep dive into search and seizure law, with a focus on real-world application in a variety of policing situations. Building on lessons from Blue to Gold’s Advanced Search & Seizure and Advanced Traffic Stops courses, you’ll also tackle important topics like community caretaking and the emergency aid exception. Whether it’s a consent search or a warrantless vehicle search, you’ll learn how to make solid, defensible decisions that protect your case—and your department.
