Description:

This course is designed specifically for law enforcement officers who are newly assigned, aspiring or prospective snipers within their agency’s tactical, SWAT or precision engagement teams. Beginner-level law enforcement snipers with limited or no formal sniper training. Designated marksmen transitioning into dedicated sniper roles. Tactical teams members tasked with precision shooting responsibilities in rural, urban or mixed terrain environments. Agencies seeking to develop in-house sniper capabilities by establishing a standardized baseline of competency and skill. Officers who need a practical equipment-focused introduction to sniper fundamentals including rifle set up, ballistics and field craft. Departments preparing for our advanced sniper course by first building a strong foundational knowledge. This course is a pre-requisite for High Angle Shooting- High Angle Sniper Operations.
