This 2-day leadership workshop is designed to equip attendees with the foundational principles of Extreme Ownership, developed and tested on the battlefield and now applied in high-performing businesses and teams around the world. Participants will learn how to lead effectively in any capacity, whether in the workplace, at home, or within themselves, through practical tools, real-world examples, and interactive exercises.

Attendees will walk away with:
-A clear understanding of the Laws of Combat: Cover and Move, Simple, Prioritize and Execute, and Decentralized Command. They will learn how to apply these principles in leadership, communication, and decision-making.
-Insight into key Mindsets for Victory, including Default Aggressive, Innovate and Adapt, Humility and Extreme Ownership of all problems and solutions in their world. -Practical tools for implementing leadership principles through self-assessments, structured debriefs, and live role-play.
-A personalized action plan focused on taking ownership, improving team dynamics, and driving results, regardless of role or title.

Whether leading a team of many or influencing from within, attendees will leave with greater clarity, accountability, and confidence in their leadership ability.
