This course is for Investigations of Domestic Violence Cases. Context, self defense, and predominant aggressor determination. Trauma informed decision. We will go over in detail Predominant aggressor report review check list, response stalking check list, predominant aggressor, response to domestic violence check list, response to protection order violation check list, response to sexual assaults check list, response to strangulation. This training is to insure investigators and first responders have the needed training to make sure our victims are safe and to get convictions for crimes against domestic violence or sexual assault victims. To also ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
