R4 210F Human Trafficking Training – Idaho Falls
May 5-6 2026, 8:00am-5:00pm
Credit Hours: 16
Course Number: R4 210F
Descriptions:
This course teaches students about proactive operations, and how they are integral to battling crime in their jurisdictions and fighting human trafficking. The course details exactly how to conduct the most common operations from start to finish, including how to avoid obstacles, ensure officer safety, assemble an effective multidisciplinary team necessary to fulfill the operations’ objectives, and build the strongest cases against criminals. Proactive human trafficking operations are not only a deterrent to crime but also provide an excellent avenue to identifying and rescuing human trafficking victims and arresting traffickers. These operations can be complex and confusing, and if not done properly, can be exceptionally dangerous to officers and other members of the multidisciplinary team, and can also re-traumatize victims. This course aims to ensure operations are done properly and successfully.
