The fentanyl crisis has become one of the most lethal threats facing law enforcement and communities across the country. KILLER HIGH™ delivers a compelling, fast-paced training that gives officers, investigators, and interdiction teams the tools they need to tackle fentanyl head-on. Taught by nationally recognized expert and DEA Task Force Officer Detective Dean “Dino” Cardinale, this one-day course provides a real-world look at fentanyl’s origin, production, distribution, and investigative challenges. Attendees will gain practical skills to safely handle evidence, manage overdose scenes, disrupt trafficking networks, and engage their communities through informed outreach.
