Tough cases call for solid legal skills and a deep understanding of what the courts expect from your work. This course builds on what you already know and takes it up a notch. It helps you tackle advanced search and seizure issues, manage informants, and navigate tricky legal situations with confidence—all while making sure your cases stand up in court.

You’ll learn about complex legal issues that come up in major cases—like search warrants, managing informants, and working in high-risk environments. The course highlights the importance of knowing the law inside and out so that your work is solid in court. You’ll also learn practical ways to handle arrests, searches, and other challenges without getting tripped up by technicalities.
