True leaders are an essential ingredient of any organizational success formula. Yet the commitment to developing a leadership culture is too often ignored, especially in the bureaucracies found in government entities.
Finding the Leader in You 2025 focuses exactly on that; learning and developing proven leadership skills and then applying them in order to propel your organization towards Mission success.
The seminar specifically addresses the two main components of any organization:
• Common Denominators of Successful Organizations and Successful Leaders
• The current state of affairs: law enforcement, the community and the media
• Are you chasing success or actually avoiding failure?
• The Human Animal and Emotional Intelligence
•Drive: What actually motivates people? The research and stats
• Overcoming Bureaucracy: The most significant obstacle to success
• Priorities: What are you actually communicating to your officers?
• The most productive way to deal with problem employees
