Sheriff (Ret) Paul D. Laney and Director Mary Phillippi are accomplished trainers with over 50 years of combined leadership experience.  They have refined this training experience into a unique approach to leadership development using interactive discussion, real world examples, and scenario-based practical applications to teach leadership. This 8-hour class will provide practical skills and confidence that your staff will begin using immediately.
