Presented through a combination of classroom lecture and practical exercises, this 5-day course will provide students with principles and techniques that will help them become successful supervisors. Topics will include: Management styles, teamwork, motivating employees, coaching employees, problem employees, conflict management, performance evaluations, employee discipline, civil liability, and FMLA/ADA issues.
