Description:
ARIDE bridges the gap between basic SFST and DUI Instruction as well as Drug Recognition Expert disciplines. This training is designed to provide officers with knowledge related to drug impairment as it pertains to DUI investigations and outlines unique signs and symptoms consistent with impairment by each of seven different drug categories. It also trains law enforcement to observe, identify and articulate the signs of impairment related to drugs, alcohol or both. In addition, it promotes officers in the under-standing and utilization of Drug Recognition Experts in their DUI investigations. This training is beneficial for all law enforcement officers of every assignment and background.
