Level 1 : Law Enforcement Essentials
This one-day Use of Force overview goes beyond policies and mandated training to uncover the “why” behind the laws. Officers gain the foundation to evaluate every force encounter with clarity and confidence. Critical for all ranks, this course covers Foundational Case Law, threat assessment, immediate classification, proactive Duty to Intervene strategies, de-escalation, and more. Equip yourself with the mindset and tools to handle force situations effectively.
Level 2: Leadership, Oversight & Training
This is the second level in the Use of Force Trilogy, designed for officers, supervisors, and executives. Building on Level 1 or your agency’s basic use of force program, this one-day course prepares members to manage force-related incidents effectively. Learn supervisory oversight, incident scene management, and the executive responsibility of building community trust before, during, and after an event.
Level 3: Meaningful Review & Organizational Best Practices
This third—yet fully independent—level in our Use of Force Trilogy delivers a powerful one-day program for today’s leaders. The course examines the ongoing evolution of force incidents and how leadership can leverage lessons learned to strengthen teams and practices. Focus areas include meaningful review processes, officer development interviews, and integrating lessons into a 360° improvement model. A must-attend for Command Staff, Internal Affairs, Training Officers, and instructors.
