This course will describe how AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and others, can assist officers by acting as a supportive tool throughout their workflow. It will highlight how AI tools can be used for intelligence gathering and generating leads through tasks like summarizing information, analyzing open-source data, and identifying connections. The course will also explain how AI can aid in technical areas like data analysis, cybersecurity, and even generating code to automate tasks and query databases. It will provide practical examples and best practices for effectively using AI, with a strong emphasis on the importance of clear prompts, which give the user control over the AI, critical evaluation of results, and maintaining security by avoiding sensitive data input.
