Course Description:
During this course students will:
- Lear the importance of working together from investigation to MDT: police, prosecutors, advocates, CPS
- Learn integral parts of sex and physical abuse cases from the law enforcement and prosecutor stand points
- Learn what is commonly needed in physical and sexual abuse cases for successful prosecutions
- Will know terms, strategies, and common issues in child abuse cases
- Will work through three different types of cases to make sure they have the understanding needed for successful case work with the MDT

Cost: FREE WARNING- if you register and fail to appear for class, your agency will be billed a $200 attendance fee. Seats filled on first come, first serves and will be limited to 50 students.
