Description: Instructor Development Refresher Course – In-service training
The Instructor Development Refresher Course is designed for those looking for continuing education and training to enhance instructional techniques. This course is also a requirement for instructors that have lapsed and wish to return to instructing. This is an 8-hour course that covers the following—

- IDAPA Rule
- POST’s Expectations
- Adult Learning Principles
- Effective Instructional Skills
- Learning Styles
- Legal & Liability
- Online Delivery Overview
Pre-requisites for attendance:
- Completion of a POST vetted Instructor Development Course
