Review current fraud trends that local law enforcement will likely encounter, Review of Bohnenkamp Whitewater Customs Case, Review of what Intent for Fraud is, Review Common Federal Statutes, Review Venue, Review of Business Email Compromise (BEC), Online Romance Scams, Money Mules, BEC Case Study – Idaho State Controller’s Office, and a review of Suggestive Investigative Steps.
