Course Number:    R3-217

Description:       Fusion Center Liaison Officer-Dispatch (FLO-D)

This course is a prerequisite for becoming a Fusion Center Liaison Officer-Dispatch (FLO-D). This course will train students in the purpose of [IC]2 and its information sharing-gathering mission, which is crucial to the war on terrorism and combating organized criminal activity.

Course Objectives

Developing partnerships with the Fusion Center and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Understand what it means to participate in Idaho’s information community
Information sharing, reporting suspicious activities/street observations, and relaying citizen reports
28 CFR Part 23
Joint Terrorism Task Force(JTTF) and DHS Terrorism overview
FLO role, description of mission, primary duties and responsibilities
