Description:  Advanced Field Training Officer & Program Manager

This interactive course is designed to certify new FTO’s, enhance the skills of veteran trainers while incorporating supervisors at all levels into their position of oversight and responsibility.  Regardless of your FTO program, this course is highly beneficial for your FTO’s and Administrators by refining their understanding of the awesome responsibility of their roles.

Accomplished through dual methods of training occurring   simultaneously. Focused on training & evaluation techniques, personalities, learning styles, ethical decision making, instructional methods, leadership, mentoring, program and policy development, case law, and documentation.
