Description:  19th Annual Keeping Children Safe Conference – Sex Trafficking in Idaho: The Ripple Effect on Our Communities

Bringing awareness and education to what sex trafficking looks like in our community, city, county, state and country. Educating on sex trafficking from a law enforcement viewpoint from the beginning to the end of a legal case.  Identifying/tracking minor victims of trafficking through a CARES interview, family system and implementing appropriate resources. Understanding the importance of having MDT involved with minor victims of trafficking. Understanding the mindset of a victim when approached by LEO and/or Critical Incident Team.
