Description: Classroom instruction on supervisory/officer considerations and tactics when responding to and managing critical incidents. The supervisor’s role in mitigating the risks to public safety, employees, and the liability to the organization will be explored in this course of instruction. Proper de-escalation techniques will also be covered during this course.
