Course Number: R1 602A
Due to the effects of attrition occurring within our workforce: the retirement of the Baby Boomers, the inability to hire and retain experienced veteran officers, and the necessity of younger and less experienced officers having to step up into leadership positions, the need for effective leadership training is imperative for the health of our law enforcement agencies.
The “Ethics and Leadership” training is an informative training designed for those officers who have recently been promoted into leadership roles and a refresher for those professionals who are veteran leaders. The training is designed to be a foundational building blocks for professionals who want to develop into effective and ethical leaders.
