Description:

Day 1: Location data now comes from many sources including: Google Accounts, Geofences, Cellular Companies, Snapchat and Facebook. Training will include hands-on case studies to become proficient with mapping data.

Day 2: What is an IP address and how can I use it to identify suspects in cases involving email addresses, mobile device apps, website visits, social media accounts, classified ads and VOIP (Voice-Over-IP) telephone numbers?

Who is this class for? Law enforcement employees to include detectives, crime analysts and sworn officers can benefit from this training. Example offenses include cold case murders, robbery, burglary and fraud offenses.

What skills do I need? Basic Microsoft Office types of skills in Windows
