Discussion will include:

*requirements for having “standing” under the law

*scope of the limited immunity from state gun laws based on federal supremacy under LEOSA

*common misconceptions amongst cops on how the law works

*the “well-pled complaint” rule and other pitfalls with LEOSA

*LEOSA coverage vs. CCW license coverage—the importance of having both

*best practices when traveling armed off-duty
