Finding the Leader in You confronts the realities of leadership by putting the
responsibility of leading (no matter their rank) squarely on the individual. Learned leaders - according to several experts - are actually the more reliable. The key word Learned, implies that constant study of what has worked, does work and will work in the future is a key component of leadership success. Our course studies successful organizations and examines proven leaders from all professions and walks of life.  Our course is constantly evolving, incorporating current events and relevant supporting material that meet the professional needs of Law Enforcement.

 

During this dynamic and entertaining seminar participants will discuss and learn about the following:
