The class is 90% hands on from start to finish, with consistent emphasis on inspection of parts and the diagnostics associated with wear and failure.\nTopics Covered:\n\nNomenclature and Design Cycle\nAmmunition Cleaning and Maintenance\nTroubleshooting Malfunctions / diagnostics\nParts inspection and common failures\nBasic field strip\nDetailed disassembly/reassembly\nRepair documentation for the dept. armorer\n\nThis AR15/M4 Armorer class is unbranded and relevant to all AR manufacturers. TTG carbines will be utilized for this class to prevent small parts loss or damage from occurring with duty weapons.
