Framework© Force Option Management\n• Writing reports to reduce liability and increase accuracy\n• Video analysis & Evidence Collection\nInstructors:\nMatt Bloodgood, a retired Anchorage Police Sergeant, brings extensive experience from roles in Patrol, SWAT, specialized teams, and academy operations. He recently retired from Idaho POST, where he served as a Regional Training Coordinator. Matt is a POST instructor in Firearms, Tactical Teams, and Use of Force. He also works as a consultant and has been accepted in court as an expert in use of force and police practices.\nMatt Lovell, lead attorney at Lovell Law PLLC, former Idaho Deputy Attorney General, and Bannock County, ID Deputy Sergeant, with experience in Detention, Patrol, and SWAT. Matt has had previous POST instructor certifications in Firearms, Tactical Teams, and Use of Force.
