The 2026 INOA Conference will bring together narcotics officers, investigators, prosecutors, analysts, and public safety professionals from across the region for cutting-edge training, meaningful networking, and unmatched camaraderie.\nThis year’s conference will feature an extraordinary lineup of speakers offering firsthand insight into Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs), cartel operations, emerging drug trends, and the evolving challenges facing law enforcement today.\nFeatured Presenters\nWe are honored to welcome George Christie, former president of the Hells Angels, who will provide a rare insider’s perspective on OMG structure, culture, operations, and law enforcement interaction.
