DESCRIPTION:CLASS IS FULL\nNovember 5 2025 , 8:00am -12:00pm\nCredit hours: 4\nCourse number: R2 233\nDescription:\nThis 4-hour session will cover U.S. Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit, Idaho Supreme Court and Court of Appeal decisions relevant to Idaho law enforcement officers issued by these courts between July 1, 2024 to July 1, 2025.  The topics include (1) DUI investigations; (2) Reasonable Suspicion to Stop; (3) Search & Seizure; (4) Miranda; and (5) Other relevant decisions for officers.  The session will also include new Idaho legislation that went into effect on July 1, 2025.\nThis course satisfies the IDAPA Rule 11.11.01.131.01 requirement of 4 hours of legal update training every two years to maintain certification.\nInstructors:  Prosecutor Jared Olson (Representing Idaho Prosecuting Attorney Association)\nLocation:\nIdaho POST – Classroom A\n700 S.
